INTERIOR
Emu Point Beach Cottages offers two comfortable, self-contained cottages in one of Albany’s most peaceful coastal locations. Positioned on a quiet street overlooking parkland, Oyster and Cockleshell provide a relaxed home-away-from-home for couples, families and small groups exploring Albany and the Great Southern.
Each cottage features a generous living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV and WiFi. Reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main living area provides year-round comfort, while electric blankets and additional bedding help keep guests warm during Albany’s cooler months.
ROOM OPTIONS
Oyster: Two-bedroom cottage sleeping up to 4 guests
Cockleshell: Two-bedroom cottage sleeping up to 5 guests
Each cottage is booked separately and has its own private indoor facilities.
BATHROOMS
Each cottage includes one bathroom with a shower and bath, plus a separate enclosed toilet.

EXTERIOR
The cottages are positioned on a quiet street near Emu Point’s leafy parks, calm swimming waters and coastal attractions. Guests can walk to the beach, playground and nearby café or enjoy the large backyard shared between the two cottages.

Cockleshell sleeps up to 5 guests
The backyard is shared between both cottages
The backyard is not enclosed
Guests should respect the privacy of visitors staying in the neighbouring cottage
Dogs may be accepted with prior approval
Pet fee is $30 per night
Dogs must weigh no more than 20kg
Dogs must remain leashed in the shared backyard
Pets must be supervised at all times unless secured in a crate
Unapproved pets may be required to leave
Check-in is from 15:00
Check-out is by 10:00
Rates and availability are subject to final confirmation. Final rate will be confirmed for your acceptance after your booking request is received.
Cleaning and linen fees may also apply to your booking. The exact amount will be provided for your confirmation before the booking is finalised.

A valid credit card is required prior to booking. Full payment is taken 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Early payment may be required for public holiday bookings.
Deposit Policy
No prepayment is needed. Full payment is taken 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Early payment may be required for public holiday bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is allowed until 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Over event periods such as school and public holidays, no cancellation is allowed 14 days prior to arrival. For Christmas and New Year’s Eve bookings, no cancellation is allowed within 30 days prior to arrival.
No Show Policy
In case of no show, no refund will be issued.
Child Policy
Please phone us on (08) 9842 4198 if you are bringing additional children than what is stated on the booking form.
