INTERIOR
Ember & Aqua is a contemporary four-bedroom barnhouse overlooking Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course. Combining modern industrial architecture with Scandinavian-inspired styling, the home offers spacious indoor and outdoor living for families and groups seeking a stylish South West escape.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area forms the heart of the home. Guests can relax on the sculptural curved sofa facing the large TV, enjoy a quiet moment in the seating nook with velvet armchairs, or gather around the timber dining table seating eight. The sleek kitchen features matte black cabinetry, a stone island bench, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, premium appliances and Nespresso coffee machine.
A dedicated workspace beneath the staircase provides a quiet area for remote work or study. Central heating and cooling throughout the home, along with split-system air conditioning in the minor bedrooms, provides year-round comfort.

Master bedroom is upstairs, so guests must be comfortable with stairs
Parking available for two vehicles across the garage and driveway

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
All bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your reservation, any monies paid will only be refunded if Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals is able to secure a replacement booking for the same dates. Where a replacement booking is obtained, a refund will be issued less a $100 administration fee.
In the unlikely event that Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals is required to cancel a booking, every effort will be made to transfer the reservation to suitable alternative dates within six months of the original booking date. If this is not possible, all monies paid will be refunded in full. No further compensation will be payable.
Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive holiday and travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
School leavers bookings are not accepted at any time of the year. The property is located within a quiet residential area and guests are asked to respect neighbouring properties at all times. Outdoor music is not permitted, and noise should be kept to a minimum, particularly after 10:00pm.
The property is approved for holiday accommodation purposes only and may not be used for parties, weddings, functions or other events. Any unauthorised gatherings will be terminated immediately. Noise complaints or breaches of the propertys terms and conditions may result in forfeiture of the security bond and/or immediate eviction.
