INTERIOR
Eagle Vista is an elevated Eagle Bay retreat designed to capture ocean views, native bushland outlooks and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. The open-plan living area features comfortable lounge seating, a Smart TV and expansive windows framing the surrounding greenery and bay views.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, spacious island bench with bar seating and essential cookware and utensils. Guests can share meals at the dining table or step outside to the upper deck for alfresco dining with fresh ocean breezes and sweeping views.
A separate games room provides additional entertainment with a pool table, Smart TV and comfortable seating, creating a relaxed space for families and groups to unwind.

EXTERIOR
Surrounded by native bushland and elevated above Eagle Bay, the outdoor areas provide a peaceful setting to enjoy the coastal scenery. Guests can dine on the deck, relax on the outdoor lounge, rinse off in the outdoor shower after the beach, or make use of the provided kayaks, life jackets and surfboard.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
