Driftwood is a bright and airy coastal retreat designed for relaxed family holidays close to the beach and town centre. The home features open-plan living and dining, high ceilings, soft white interiors, warm timber accents and French patio doors that bring in the sea breeze.
The lounge includes a plush sofa, Smart TV and cosy indoor log fire for cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, generous bench space and everything needed for self-catering, flowing into an eight-seat dining area for family meals. A dedicated games room adds extra entertainment with table tennis, arcade machine and darts.

Bedroom 1: Queen bedroom on the ground floor with split-system air conditioning and shared ensuite access

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
