Easy Ride – Booking Terms & Guest Policy
1. Reservations & Payments
Your adventure is officially locked in once payment is processed! You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tour details. We might reach out a few days before your trip with handy tips and final timing.

● Booking Fees: We use a secure third-party platform for reservations. Please note that their service fees are non-refundable as they are not collected by EASY RIDE South West.

2. Your Itinerary & Experience
● The Plan: While we have a set route, venues can change due to weather, availability, or group vibes. Our sample itineraries are just a guide; we reserve the right to swap spots to ensure the best experience.

● Timing: Expect about 5–6 hours of fun (excluding transport time). Pick-ups usually start around 10:30 AM. Pro tip: Don’t book your tour for the same day you land/arrive in town, as travel delays could cause you to miss the van!

● Private Charters: Custom tours are fully tailored to you. All details and pricing for private bookings will be finalized via email.

3. What’s Included (Group Tours)
● Door-to-door transport in Busselton, Dunsborough or Yallingup.

● Visits to 3 premium stops.

● Tasting fees at 3 wineries.

● A delicious main course for lunch.

● Chilled bottled water.

● A small-group atmosphere (max 11 people).

● Photo Gallery: We capture professional-quality pictures of your day so you can focus on the fun!

● Bonus: If time permits, we can pop into extra spots, but any additional drinks or fees there are on you.

4. Contact & Pickup
It is vital that the phone number and email you provide are active. If we can’t find you or reach you at pickup, it will be treated as a “no-show” (no refund). Need to change your pickup spot? Let us know at least 3 days in advance.

5. Safety, Health & Conduct
● Dietary & Accessibility: Allergies or special needs (like child seats)? Tell us 3 days prior. We’ll do our best, but we can’t promise last-minute changes on the day.

● Alcohol & Age: You must be 18+ to drink. Please enjoy it responsibly! We aren’t responsible for any incidents resulting from over-indulgence.

● Behaviour: We’re all about good vibes. Any aggressive or disrespectful behavior means your tour ends immediately without a refund. You are also liable for any damage caused to our vehicles or the venues we visit.

● Our Team: Our drivers are fully licensed, professional, and follow all WA road and safety laws.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand life happens! Here is how we handle cancellations:

● 72+ hours notice: Full refund (minus booking platform fees).

● 24 to 72 hours notice: 50% refund (minus booking platform fees).

● Under 24 hours notice: No refund available.

● Note: Refunds take 5–7 business days to process. If we cancel: In the rare case of driver illness, extreme weather, or not hitting minimum guest numbers, we’ll offer a full refund or a reschedule.

7. Legal Notes
● Liability: Easy Ride is not responsible for personal injuries or lost items, except where required by WA law. We keep “lost and found” items for 30 days.

● Media & Memories: By joining us, you consent to photos or videos taken during the tour (including our Gallery Pictures of the day) being used by Easy Ride for social media and marketing.
