Description
Fantastic newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in original Jurien Bay.
Situated between the marina and town centre, this home is perfect for a family getaway or a few mates on a fishing trip, sleeping a total of 8 guests.
The very simple layout helps make everyone feel included where ever you are in the home.
The master bedroom has large built in wardrobes and an en suite with toilet and shower recess. 2 other bedrooms also have queen beds and cupboard space, whilst the 4th bedroom has a double bunk (double on bottom, single on top.)
All bedrooms have ceiling fans to help with those still balmy nights.
The second bathroom has another shower over small baby-bath type tub and a basin. 2nd toilet is separate off the main bathroom.
The air conditioned dining area and lounge are open plan with carpet underfoot. Large dining table for 6 and a few bar stools added to the breakfast bar.
The kitchen also has all you need with a full size fridge, oven and stove top cooking, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty more with heaps of bench space.
Extend the dinner party to outside on the alfresco with another large dining table and chairs. BBQ is also supplied for when you cook up your latest catch!
IF you do have to do washing on your holiday, make use of the washing machine and clothes line in the back yard.
The yard is fully enclosed so the kids can play all afternoon. Have your own cricket test or just lounge about...

Having a holiday without your pet can be stressful and expensive. Please talk to us! Do-Fish is fully fenced however it is a Health Regulation that ANIMALS ARE NOT permitted inside the house.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
All cancellations are to be received in writing preferably by email.
Special conditions apply for cancellations.
More than 60 days Prior to Check In Date: Bookings can be cancelled. No penalties.
60 Days or Less Prior to Check In Date: If you cancel your accommodation and we can secure a
replacement booking for the same period and at the same tariff, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00
administration fee. If however, the property cannot be relet, your deposit is non-refundable.
Ray White Jurien Bay retain the right to negotiate the tariff or length of stay to obtain a booking on cancelled
booking dates as we deem necessary.
2 Weeks (14 days) Prior to Check In Date: Any cancellations will forfeit any/all deposit paid, unless there
are extenuating circumstances.
If you shorten your stay once checked in, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
No refunds or alterations will be offered for bad weather.
Please note that a change of booking dates may attract the same conditions as for a cancellation as stated
herein.
Bookings made on other platforms (Airbnb, Homeaway, Stayz, Booking etc) should refer to that platform’s
cancellation policy.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
After the declaration in 2020 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation, COVID-19 and all its’
consequences are no longer considered unforeseen or unexpected.
Cancelling a booking because you have Covid or are a close Covid contact will no longer ensure you a
refund of your stay.
Please take note of and understand the Cancellation Policy when making your booking

6 days in wonderful Jurien Bay. family visited for two nights. The "Do Fish" cottage is the best we have stayed in after 7 trips to Jurien in the last 2 years.The rest of the family voted it 10 out of 10.
Perfect for our family holiday
Do Fish was perfect for our family holiday. Property was clean and tidy, well equipped with everything we needed including sports and beach gear. Lots of space and the large decks front and rear were great outdoor spaces to catch some sun and escape the wind. Safe and secure for toddler and great location in walking distance to town and beach. Definitely stay here again.
