Amazing Service on sunset cruise
Recently passing through Kununura and wanted to see the lake so booked a sunset tour (off season) and we found the customer service to be just as amazing as the lake itself! We got there early and enjoyed drinks in the infinity pool before going on the cruise, where our tour guide Sam was very informative and really happy to answer all our questions and talk about the area. He was very competent on the water and my partner and I just had such a fun time; it was perfect.

Breathtaking
Our accomodation was in a large self contained kitchen, dining, lounge, bathroom, bedroom with attaching bedroom with a double & single beds, extra bathroom with small fridge & microwave. This room was situated directly looking over Lake Argyle with a large balcony with plenty of lounges and chairs. The infinity pool is glorious and still cool in our 40+ heat. The food from the restaurant was varied, good portions & very tasty. In the off peak season the accomodation is 2 nights for the price of one. The sunset cruise is simply stunning and fun with a couple of swims, feeding the fish, spotting freshwater crocs, the wildlife, the drinks and snacks, but our guide "Sam the Man" was intelligent, knowledgable, fun and easy going!! Thanks Sam for a great experience.

Sunset from the infinity pool was glorious
Stayed 2 nights in a wonderful gorge side cabin, overlooking Lake Argyle, with uninterrupted 180 degree views of the lake and its enclosing cliffs. Just a short walk to the dam wall and scenic lookout and located on a lovely green headland of lawns and exotic trees, this resort is well worth a visit. Caravans and camping are also well catered for and a good shop and restaurant provides all you might need.
