This spacious four bedroom, two bathroom home is perfect for larger groups or two families, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. The bedding configuration includes two queen beds and two tri bunk beds, making it a practical and flexible option for family stays. Linen is provided, however bath towels are not included, so please bring your own.

The open plan living area is serviced by a 7kW reverse cycle air conditioner, flowing through to the bedrooms, along with a gas heater for the cooler months. The main bedroom features a queen bed, its own reverse cycle air conditioning, mirrored sliding wardrobe and private ensuite. The remaining bedrooms also include their own reverse cycle air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout the home.

The well equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer, along with all the essentials needed for a self contained stay. A spacious lounge with large screen TV and DVD player connects seamlessly with the dining and kitchen area, creating a relaxed and functional living space. The main bathroom features a large corner bath with a separate shower, plus a separate toilet and full laundry with washing machine.

Outside, enjoy a shaded undercover entertaining area at the rear with a gas BBQ and second beer or bait fridge, alongside an enclosed lawn area ideal for families. At the front, a garden seating area provides a sunny spot to unwind, especially during winter. With two driveways, there is ample space for both cars and boats, and the property is within easy walking distance to the beach, river and local shops.
