This open plan Home includes : 2 bed x 2 bath
•Main house 2 bedroom (1 King & 1 Queen, and 2 bathroom
The accommodation have lovely water views and outside patio decks providing a relaxing area to lounge throughout the day surrounded by topical Coconut Palms and the beautiful water views. Orientated and specifically designed for natural cooling with ceiling fans and louvers throughout. No air conditioning.
Only a short stroll to the main street, restaurants, local club, amenities and 40 meters from the ocean.
Please note, to secure your booking full payment must be made within 7 days to receive a confirmed booking. If payment is not received, your booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
If a booking is cancelled or significantly modified within 50 days or less prior to arrival we reserve the right to charge a $200.00 booking fee. As a remote location with replacement bookings difficult to achieve, cancellation of the booking within 35 days (or less) from arrival will not be eligible for a refund. If a booking is cancelled or significantly modified within 35 to 50 days prior to arrival we reserve the right to charge a $200.00 booking fee from the full refund. We recommend travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
