The accommodation have lovely water views and outside patio decks providing a relaxing area to lounge throughout the day surrounded by topical Coconut Palms and the beautiful water views. Orientated and specifically designed for natural cooling with ceiling fans and louvers throughout. No air conditioning.
Only a short stroll to the main street, restaurants, local club, amenities and 40 meters from the ocean.
Please note, to secure your booking full payment must be made within 7 days to receive a confirmed booking. If payment is not received, your booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation 90 days prior to arrival: Full refund minus $200 cancellation fee.
Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival: 100% transferable (non-refundable).
Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival: No refund not transferable. No refunds will be given for events beyond our control such as non-arrival unused nights itinerary changes or additional expenses incurred because of an airline or weather disruption.
Any Booking Credit not redeemed at the expiry of the 12-month validity date will be forfeited in its entirety.
We highly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance when travelling to Cocos Island.
