Overview
Cocos Autos offers visitors an extensive and diverse range of quality transport on West Island. Choose from single and dual cab utes to 12-seat Mini-van.
The entire fleet is professionally maintained for your safety and all vehicles are air-conditioned for your comfort. Baby and booster seats are also available.
Please note, to secure your booking full payment must be made within 7 days to receive a confirmed booking. If payment is not received, your booking will be cancelled.
Minimum three days hire - preferably flight to flight day to all cars.
Nominated drivers must be over the age of 21 years
All drivers are required to sign our Car Hire Agreement and provide credit card details. Forms to be completed and returned to info@cocoskeelingislands.com.au before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
All cancellations need to be received in writing. As a remote location, replacement bookings are difficult to achieve within short-time frames. Our cancellation and refund policy as follows:
a)Cancellation 31 days+ (calendar days) before arrival: 100% transferable. If guests do not wish to re-book, full refund minus $50 booking fee.
b)30 days or less (calendar days) prior to collection day: No refund and not transferable.
c)No refund will be given for events beyond our control, such as non-arrival, unused days, itinerary changes etc.
d)Cocos Autos is not liable for any additional expenses incurred as a result of airline or weather disruption etc. We strongly recommend that hirers obtain appropriate travel insurance.
e)Any booking credit not redeemed at the expiry of the 12-month validity date will be forfeited in its entirety.
