INTERIOR
Burton Farmhouse is a spacious country retreat set on a working farm amongst the vineyards and rolling farmland of the Wilyabrup Valley. With generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, the farmhouse is well suited to extended families and groups seeking a peaceful base near Margaret River’s wineries, breweries and coastline.

The main living room features comfortable leather lounges, Foxtel and a wood-burning fireplace for relaxed winter evenings. A separate television and reading room provides a quieter place for children or guests to unwind, while the games room includes a full-sized pool table for group entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances, ample preparation space and everything required for self-catered stays. A large farmhouse dining table provides plenty of room for shared meals, while reverse-cycle air conditioning helps maintain year-round comfort.

EXTERIOR
A wide verandah wraps around Burton Farmhouse, offering several places to relax and enjoy the surrounding vineyard and valley views. The main covered patio features a large dining table, BBQ and outdoor seating beneath fairy lights.

A second alfresco area is positioned within the gardens and includes a traditional wood-fired pizza oven and rustic dining setting. Kangaroos may be seen grazing nearby, while cattle and other farm animals are present beyond the property fencing.
