Burnished Bay is a stylish single-level coastal retreat designed for relaxed beachside living. The home features polished concrete floors, soft natural textures, and a light-filled open-plan layout that flows easily between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The main lounge includes a wood-burning fireplace, split-system heating and cooling, and comfortable seating for unwinding after a day at the beach.
The well-appointed chef’s kitchen includes stone benchtops, a generous island bench, premium appliances, and a spacious scullery, making it ideal for preparing family meals or entertaining. A second living area provides extra space for games, movies, or quiet relaxation, making the home well suited to families and groups.

- Queen Bedroom 1: Includes a queen bed, ideal for couples or older children.
- Queen Bedroom 2: Includes a queen bed and offers a restful space for guests.

Burnished Bay offers relaxed outdoor living with a private backyard and covered alfresco area, perfect for long lunches, evening BBQs, and casual coastal entertaining. Located in the peaceful beachside suburb of Abbey, the property is just a short stroll from Abbey Beach and within easy reach of Busselton, Dunsborough, and the Margaret River region.
TO NOTE
- Guests have access to the entire home during their stay.
- School leavers bookings are not accepted.
- No parties, functions, weddings, or events are permitted.
- Guests are asked to respect neighbouring properties, especially after 10:00 pm.
- Outdoor music is not permitted.
- Noise complaints may result in loss of bond and/or eviction.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
