Overview
INTERIOR
Bondys Beach House is an expansive two-storey coastal home positioned above the Margaret River surf coastline in Prevelly. Designed for large families and groups, the property offers panoramic ocean views, multiple living spaces and convenient access to Surfers Point, nearby beaches and local dining.
Upstairs, vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping views across the Indian Ocean. The open-plan lounge includes comfortable seating, a television and Netflix, while the adjoining dining area and fully equipped kitchen provide plenty of space for group meals. A large pantry offers additional food-storage capacity.
Downstairs, a second lounge with a wood fireplace provides a comfortable place to relax during the cooler months. A separate TV and activity room includes Netflix, children’s toys and air conditioning, while the table tennis area offers entertainment for the whole group.

Bedroom 1: Upstairs king bed, walk-in robe, private ensuite and adjoining infant room/study
Bedroom 2: Downstairs king bed with outdoor access
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with shared bathroom access
Bedroom 4: Two single beds that can be joined as a queen on request, with shared bathroom access

The elevated west-facing balcony captures panoramic ocean and surf-break views and is equipped with a BBQ, dining table and outdoor seating for sunset entertaining.
A spacious grassed area provides room for children to play, while Surfers Point, the Margaret River mouth, local beaches and the nearby playground are within walking distance.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
