The fully equipped kitchen features gas appliances, stone benchtops and everything required to prepare meals during your stay, while the spacious lounge includes a 75-inch UHD LG Smart TV and complimentary unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi. Air conditioning throughout and central heating ensure a comfortable stay in every season.

-Master Bedroom: Features a king-size bed and a peaceful setting for a restful night's sleep.
-Second Bedroom: Furnished with a king-size bed, offering comfortable accommodation for couples or additional guests.
-Third Bedroom: Includes two single beds, making it ideal for children, friends or additional family members.

-Maximum occupancy is six guests.
-Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is before 10:00am.
-Government-issued photo identification is required at the time of booking.
-Full payment is processed upon confirmation of your reservation.
-If cancelled, modified or in the event of a no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged.
-Children of all ages are welcome.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation, and your booking is not considered accepted until confirmation has been provided.
Guests agree to respect the property, its furnishings and surrounding neighbours during their stay. The property must not be used for parties, events or any activities that may cause excessive noise or disturbance. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
The maximum number of guests must not exceed the approved occupancy of the property. Guests are responsible for ensuring the accommodation is left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, damage, missing items or any repairs required due to guest actions.
Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is before 10:00am unless prior arrangements have been approved. Early check-in or late check-out cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
Children are welcome. Guests are responsible for supervising children and ensuring their safety while staying at the property. Pets are not permitted unless prior approval has been obtained.
