Bayside is designed as a relaxed coastal retreat that blends modern comfort with the easy rhythm of beachside living in Dunsborough. The heart of the home is its spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, centred around a generous island bench and fitted with sleek modern appliances. Soft seating, a large-screen TV, and a curated selection of books create a peaceful spot to unwind, while a separate front lounge offers a quieter retreat with a bookshelf and comfortable leather seating for those wanting their own space.
EXTERIOR
Set on a generous, fully fenced block just a short walk from Dunsborough Beach and the town's dining and shopping precinct, Bayside offers easy indoor-outdoor living for families and groups alike. The covered alfresco patio, with its timber dining table, BBQ, and shaded lounge, is built for long, leisurely meals, while the spacious backyard invites both relaxation and play beneath whispering peppermint trees. A fire pit circle, sun loungers, outdoor shower, and covered ping pong area round out a backyard designed for entertainment at every age, all while remaining close to the region's beaches, wineries, and attractions.
BEDROOMS
Four bedrooms each offer central air conditioning and quality bedding, accommodating up to 10 guests across 7 beds.

Master Bedroom: Features a king bed and a private ensuite with a walk-in rain shower.
Second Bedroom: A serene queen bedroom with crisp textures and natural light.
Third Bedroom: A second queen bedroom offering comfortable, restful styling.
Bunk Room: Fitted with two sets of bunk beds, providing a playful nook for younger guests.

The second and third bedrooms, along with the bunk room, share a family bathroom, while the master bedroom enjoys its own private ensuite.
BATHROOMS
Bayside features two thoughtfully designed bathrooms with contemporary finishes for everyday comfort.

Ensuite Bathroom (Master Bedroom): A private retreat featuring a walk-in rain shower with sleek black tapware.
Family Bathroom: Servicing the remaining three bedrooms, this bright, modern bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and contemporary finishes.

Thoughtfully equipped for an effortless coastal stay, Bayside combines modern conveniences with relaxed indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Media & Entertainment: Large-screen TV and a curated selection of books.
Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, oven, Nespresso machine, cookware, kitchen utensils, dishes and silverware, and everything needed for easy in-house dining. The central island bench and eight-seater dining table create a welcoming space for shared meals.
Outdoor Living: Covered alfresco patio with BBQ and dining table, secure backyard with fire pit circle, sun loungers, outdoor shower, and a covered ping pong area.
Bath & Laundry: Linen provided, along with a washing machine, dryer, drying rack/clothes line, hair dryer, and hot shower facilities.
Heating & Cooling: Central air conditioning and heating throughout.
Spaces & Facilities: Open-plan living areas, separate front lounge, private backyard, wardrobes and storage, and on-site parking for up to four vehicles via carport and driveway.

TO NOTE

All bed and bathroom linens are provided for your stay.
A starter pack of wood is provided during winter months (June–August), including kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood (axes not supplied for safety reasons; additional wood available locally).
Suitable for children (2–12 years) and infants (under 2 years); pet friendly and family friendly.
