Baydream Believer is a spacious three-storey beachside escape in Broadwater, set amongst peppermint trees with a private path leading straight to Geographe Bay. Designed for family holidays and relaxed group stays, the home combines resort-style facilities with generous indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The ground floor features a light-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with wall-to-wall windows, leafy outlooks, a fireplace and Smart TV with Foxtel, Netflix and Stan. The formal dining area seats up to ten guests, while the chef’s kitchen includes premium appliances, ample bench space and a butler’s pantry for easy self-catering.

Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, walk-in robe, second TV room, private balcony and ensuite with spa bath and double vanities. A queen bedroom with built-in robes and private ensuite provides another comfortable retreat, while the third-floor kids’ retreat includes two bunk beds, bean bags, video games, a lounge area, furnished balcony and office nook.
