Bay Cottage is a beautifully presented Dunsborough beach house designed for effortless coastal living, with direct access to the beach path for easy morning swims, sunset walks and relaxed days by the shore. With spacious interiors, a fully enclosed backyard and family-friendly outdoor features, it is well suited to families, groups and pet-friendly stays.
The fully equipped kitchen flows into a light and airy open-plan living and dining area, creating a comfortable space for guests to gather. Large windows frame peaceful outlooks, while the expansive wooden dining table is ideal for shared meals. The lounge area offers plush sofas, a huge flat-screen TV and media player, with ducted air-conditioning providing year-round comfort.
Outdoors, beautiful stone verandas provide shaded spaces to relax with a book or glass of wine. The fully enclosed yard is ideal for children and pets, with towering peppy trees, a cubby house and swing set adding to the relaxed holiday feel. Guests can also enjoy alfresco dining and BBQ meals while taking in the peaceful surrounds.
Accommodating up to ten guests, the home features four well-appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and private ensuite with walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms offer queen beds, while the fourth bedroom is a dedicated kids’ room with two sets of bunk beds and a play area. A second bathroom with bathtub adds convenience for families.
The home also includes a dedicated workspace, full laundry facilities, WiFi and garage parking for one car.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
