Baudin on Bay is a welcoming four-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday house in the heart of Dunsborough, positioned directly opposite a leafy foreshore park and only a short walk from the calm waters of Geographe Bay. The home is designed for relaxed family stays, with bright open-plan living and dining spaces, a large wooden dining table, plush lounge seating, flat-screen TV and a wood heater for cooler evenings.
The well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, generous bench space and a Nespresso pod coffee machine. Reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main living area and three bedrooms, along with ceiling fans, helps keep the home comfortable year-round. A full laundry with washing machine and drying racks is also provided for longer stays.

The front deck overlooks the foreshore park, while the wraparound verandah includes comfortable seating for relaxing outdoors. The fully enclosed backyard has a trampoline, swings, treehouse and garden space, making it especially suitable for family holidays. The property is within walking distance of cafés, boutiques, coastal walking trails and Dunsborough town centre.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
