BOOKINGS and CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for booking with Banana Well Getaway.
Please note that the following Terms & Conditions apply when making your booking.
Please ensure your booking details and dates are correct before finalising. Our payment provider does not refund the booking processing fee, which is charged in addition to our accommodation pricing.
All accommodation bookings require full pre-payment at the time of booking. Any changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to bookings@bananawellgetaway.com.au.
Caravan, Camping & Cabins:
Changes and cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your arrival date. Changes or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
3 & 4-Bedroom Houses:
Changes and cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your arrival date. Changes or cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
Failure to arrive on the booked date will result in a charge equivalent to the total cost of your booking.
If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, we are not responsible for any financial loss caused by circumstances beyond our control.
GRIEVANCES
We try to settle issues or complaints reasonably and quickly.

LIABILITY
Banana Well Getaway will not be held responsible or liable for loss of property during your stay.
Every care will be will taken and keys are available to lock your room.
PUBLIC LIABILITY
Entry to Banana Well Getaway property is at your own risk.
Burrguk Aboriginal Corporation (BAC) will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries sustained whilst visiting.
