INTERIOR
Artisan Gunyulgup is an architecturally designed lakeside retreat in the heart of Yallingup, created for couples and small groups seeking a peaceful South West escape. Large windows frame tranquil water and garden views, while contemporary finishes and a thoughtfully designed layout provide comfort throughout the year.
The open-plan living area features comfortable seating, a large wall-mounted television, reverse-cycle air conditioning and a slow-combustion fireplace for cosy winter stays.
The modern kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, hidden refrigerator and a solid concrete island bench, providing everything required for relaxed self-catering stays.

EXTERIOR
The polished-stone patio overlooks the lake and provides a peaceful setting for alfresco meals, sunset drinks and relaxed outdoor living. Guests can use the BBQ, enjoy the garden surrounds or rinse off beneath the hot outdoor shower after exploring nearby beaches.
Artisan Gunyulgup is one of two matching villas at the Artisan property, alongside Artisan Koorabin.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
