Amaroo is a spacious rural retreat set amongst landscaped gardens and towering native trees near Yallingup and Dunsborough. Combining contemporary comfort with the tranquillity of the surrounding countryside, the property is well suited to families, couples and groups seeking a peaceful South West escape.

The expansive open-plan living area features soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a striking Marri tree trunk and a grand brick fireplace. Plush leather lounges provide a comfortable place to relax, while the adjoining dining area features a large timber table for shared meals.

The fully equipped kitchen includes premium appliances, generous preparation space, an island bench, a Nespresso-compatible pod machine and a European-style drip coffee machine.

BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1: King bed, dedicated workspace, walk-in robe, garden access and private ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, outdoor access and private ensuite
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with double sofa bed, built-in robe and garden access
Bedroom 4: King bed and television; bed type should be confirmed because the current Airbnb narrative describes a queen bed

The sofa bed in Bedroom 3 accommodates the ninth and tenth guests. Linen is stored in the cupboard and the sofa bed is not automatically prepared.

A detached studio provides a separate second lounge, television, quiet space for yoga or relaxation and its own full bathroom.
