Acorn Delight is a peaceful two-storey townhouse in sought-after Old Dunsborough, just a short walk from the beach and overlooking the golf course where kangaroos are often seen. Ideal for families or a relaxing trip with friends, the home offers modern comforts, a cosy gas fireplace, and a calm setting to unwind.
The main living area is warm and welcoming, with plush seating, a TV and gas fireplace. The spacious dining area seats up to eight guests and opens to the balcony for easy indoor-outdoor living. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and kitchen utensils, while the downstairs TV/games room provides a separate retreat with comfortable seating, a TV and direct access to the secure courtyard.

Guests can enjoy a drink on the balcony, take in the peaceful natural surrounds and watch kangaroos roam nearby, all while being close to Old Dunsborough’s beach, coastal paths and local attractions.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
