We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellation Policy
Non Peak - If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged.
If cancelled less than 2 days prior 50 percent of the total price of the booking or the rate for 1 night (whichever is greater) will be charged.
In case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Peak (24 December to 31 January Easter weekend April School Holidays) - If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged.
If cancelled less than 7 days prior 50 percent of the total price of the booking or the rate for 1 night (whichever is greater) will be charged.
In case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Reception hours are from 09.00am - 06.00pm if you are to arrive after these times please inform reception.
Indemnity Policy
If the resort is physically damaged or destroyed and is rendered unusable in part or as a whole on the booking date any prepayment will be refunded and the reservation holder indemnifies the Owners and Managers of Surfpoint Resort for any consequential loss or expense incurred as a result of the reservation cancellation.

From Bussell Highway or Caves Road, turn west onto Wallcliffe Road. Do NOT take the road to Surfers Point. Stay on Wallcliffe Road until you see our sign on Riedle Drive and travel a further 100 metres; we are right next door to Margaret's Beach Resort.

Romantic long weekend away
Our long weekend stay at this beautiful resort was excellent. Accessible room with ensuite as I am a wheelchair user. Fabulous customer service and outstanding facilities including a beautiful dining area with industrial kitchen. Just outside the hustle and bustle of margaret river and so close to prevelly beach. We highly recommend this resort for couples and families we look forward to returning in the future.Best experience
We were delighted with our stay at Surfpoint Resort. The room was clean, comfortable and had a lovely touch of handmade soap which smelt amazing. The shared spaces including the bathrooms were clean and the resort was quiet too. The staff were friendly and gave great advice on where to visit and go in the area. Surfpoint Resort was a great base for exploring the Margaret River region, and we even added on an additional night. There is restaurants and a lovely cafe within walking distance, along with a beautiful beach which we watched the sunset on most nights. If we are in the area again we will def stay hereWhat a way to celebrate and relax!
Nic and Nick were brilliant hosts when I held my 40th birthday/NYE celebrations here this year. My close friends and family were able to stay and enjoy the wonderful facilities. Thankyou for the joy. The memories will last forever.
