Weather dependent
Campsite is quite exposed and often subject to strong coastal winds. Bookings are easy (although often unavailable ) . To check in with a booking, you pick your own empty site then advise the onsite camp host of site selected. Sites are quite large, hard stand with bushes providing some privacy and protection .The toilets and showers are clean and well kept. The camp kitchen has BBQ, gas cookers and non portable water for washing up. Short walk to magnificent beach and many numerous coastal walking tracks. Was very windy on my 3 day visit but had been perfect a few days earlier thus rating could be from 3-5 depending on weatherA welcoming camp ground with great facilities
Stunning with powder fine white sand and the clearest crystal water which is the most beautiful turquoise blue in a safe protected bay. Ideal for swimming (although the water is a few degrees cooler than Perth). Caravan parks are generous in size and well spaced apart with vegetation growing between each site. The onsite (solar) showers, toilets and camp kitchen are cleaned beautifully by the camp host each day. The camp host is on hand to assist as are the park rangers. The kangaroos wander freely through the site and sometimes onto the beach to drink at the fresh water spring. Run by National Parks this is a great spot to either stay or to enjoy a day visit.
