Dog friendly, bush retreat, stone and rammed earth cottages, fully self contained accommodation. The studios [1& 2] are open plan with 1 queen sized bed.
Cottage 3 has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen sized beds, making it ideal for 2 couples.
Cottage 4 also has 2 bedrooms, a queen sized bed in one, while the 2nd bedroom has 4 bunk beds, which is ideal for families or larger groups.
All linen is supplied. All accommodation has a wood fireplace and hooded gas bbq facilities.

Cascade Cottage is our couples retreat built of stone and rammed earth sourced from the property. It has a cozy queen bed supplied with beautiful fresh linens and super warm doonas to ensure you have a restful and relaxing stay. A luxurious leather couch provides the perfect spot to cuddle up with a good book in front of the fire. Cascade Cottage has been designed with an open plan layout with a spacious bathroom and a beautiful claw footed bathtub. We have provided natural bath products, including locally sourced handmade soaps and relaxing bath salts from Corrynne�s Natural Soap. A fully self-contained open plan kitchen ensures you have everything you need to make beautiful meals from the local fresh produce in the area. Wine and beer glasses are also provided so you can enjoy one of your favourite local drops. Our couples retreat also has a potbelly fireplace to keep you warm and cozy in winter with wood supplied to keep you comfortable at night and toasty in the morning.

With 4 bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms the Homestead contains an open plan living/kitchen/dining for couples, families and groups to enjoy time spent together on their next getaway to the Margaret River Region. Fitted with sustainable sourced french linen and oh so comfortable locally made posture support mattresses you are guaranteed to have a restful nights sleep. Whether you indulge in a weekend escape or a longer holiday away, your stay at The Homestead should leave you relaxed and refreshed. Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
48 hours prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 1 nights accommodation.
During peak periods i.e. Christmas Easter long w/ends Leeuwin concert & school holidays we require 14 days notice or no refund can be given. If we are able to re-book a full refund will be given less the visitor centre fees.

Directions
Located between Margaret River & Augusta. Follow the Bussell Hwy for 29 kms south of Margaret River then turn left onto the Brockman Hwy.We are situated 3 kms along on the right hand side.[sign posted]
If your coming from Perth and want a short cut that doesn't go through Margaret River take Sues Road, the turn off is approximately 5km before Busselton. Take Sues Road for approximately 59 km before you hit a T junction at Brockman Highway. Turn right, drive 26.5 km towards Karridale, Karridale Cottages are on the left hand side approximately 3 km before Karridale.
Follow the gravel road to the left to the studios and cottages. The keys will be left inside for your convenience. If you have any questions follow the gravel road to the right to see the Managers.

Perfect forest getaway
This place is a real jewel. Close to Augusta, easy reach to Margaret River and the winery’s, yet still quiet and secluded. Took our two dogs who absolutely loved the open space. There was also plenty for the kids to do with a nature bush walk, a field to run in and horses to visit. All you could need for a quiet getaway down south. Made Christmas 2018 special for the whole family. Also a bonus find just down the road at the Karridale Tavern40th birthday spectacular
I just had my 40th birthday and had the party at Trey and Olivia’s venue. It was amazing! The cottages were well-appointed and comfortable. The bush setting was super relaxing and little blue birds flitted, making our view come alive. Trey and Olivia were super helpful in planning my party and their local knowledge and contacts turned my party from a backyard bash to a casual but sensational summer soirée. Thanks to all who helped!Best place to stay if you're looking for some peace and quiet
Stayed at the Cascade Cottage with my husband and the tub was just amazing. Loved that we could start our own fire in the fireplace, makes the cabin nice and toasty.
