The main bedroom features a queen bed, built-in robes, a second TV and a private ensuite. The second and third bedrooms also offer queen beds with built-in robes, and all bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. The spacious open-plan lounge and dining area includes a comfortable lounge suite, dining setting, large 58-inch Smart TV and reverse cycle air conditioning.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and separate stovetop, overlooking the dining area and out to the gardens surrounding the rear patio. The main bathroom features a relaxing spa bath and separate shower, with views to a small private garden. There is a laundry with automatic washing machine and separate toilet, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Step outside to a fully enclosed private patio complete with bench space, sink, fridge/freezer, BBQ and outdoor seating—perfect for entertaining or unwinding. Surrounded by well-maintained gardens, the property also includes an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. A private undercover carport is provided, along with additional space for a boat.
