Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
If you cancel your holiday within 72 hours of your booking/arrival date, 100% of the booking total will be charged by the Caravan Park (subject to Manager discretion).
If you cancel your stay providing more than 72 hours notice from your arrival/booking date, no fee will be charged and the prepaid amount refunded in full.
Should you need to cancel your booking you must advise us by telephone and then confirm this cancellation in writing to us by post, fax, or email quoting your booking reference number. Your cancellation will only be effective as at the date we receive your written confirmation.
It remains the discretion of the Park Manager to modify the following terms and conditions for exceptional circumstances. In some circumstances, you may be able to have your deposit/full payment placed on your client account. No refund will be paid from the Client Account. Client Account credit can be used at any Summerstar Tourist Park.

Directions
Jurien Bay Tourist Park is situated 226kms north of Perth via the coastal Indian Ocean Drive, which is a leisurely 2-hour drive. From the main street in Jurien Bay (Bashford Street) turn west towards the ocean onto Roberts Street and our entrance is at the end of the road.

Excellent for camping or renting a cabin
Very good park for camping or to rent One of the modern cabins. We stayed on a powered site and the facilities were good and super clean. Kids will love the big jumping pillow. There is no pool but the park is adjacent to the beach and the turquoise coast walking track. Shops and a couple restaurants are within a 5 min walk too although there is a daytime cafe on site. Pricing at this park is also very good compared to others we stayed at in W A. We definitely stay here again.Well maintained and clean
All facilities were well maintained and very clean. Playground pillow is a great hit with all the children. The caravan park is located very near the jetty and beach. A gentle breeze and perfect weather enhanced our trip.Great stay in quiet park
Stayed in standard suite. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff at reception. Short walk to beach and shops. Park was quiet at night even though it was full during school hols. Recommend the Jurien Bay Fish and Chip shop for a great feed.
