Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Reservation is guaranteed to the credit card supplied at time of booking and payment will be made by this credit card 48 hours prior to arrival. Upon arrival at the hotel the guest will be asked for a cash bond of $300 or credit card authorisation to cover any incidental charges which may be incurred during the stay. Photographic ID is required at check-in for all bookings. We accept Visa Mastercard and Eftpos. Payments made with Visa and Mastercard are subject to a fee of 1.5%.
Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours in advance of 2pm of the date of check in. Cancellations within this time will incur the cost of the first nights’ accommodation to the credit card supplied to guarantee booking. Certain reservations are governed by different cancellation terms and conditions as outlined at the time of booking.

Friendly staff and excellent food. Could have done with mini bar with snacks and refreshments etc and more room service options. Otherwise value for money. Will be a little more prepared next time as sometimes we don’t want to leave room for food and drinks.Fabulous
