Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
If cancelled over 30 nights before arrival date no fee. Less than 30 nights only 50% will be refunded. Less than 7 days no refund.
Please note the owner will request a $300 bond and $220 cleaning fee (on top of the total accommodation booking price) to be paid directly to them - they will send you the details.
If bringing infants, please bring your own cot(s). Please do not book dates more than 12 months in advance - booking requests later than one year ahead will be cancelled.

Beautiful house in a town that exceeded my expectations
Beautiful house in a town that exceeded my expectations. High Tide is a gorgeous house. Exceptionally clean with beautiful linens. Slept really well here. The fruit trees in the garden where a bonus as was the bottle of wine on arrival. Great communication with the owner. Can highly recommend.Great location. Nice tidy property.
