Office hours 8.00am - 6.00pm with contactless check in. Please respect we are unable to accept PETS on the property at all times. Room check in time is 2pm and checkout is 10am.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellation policy is a minimum of 72 hours notice is required prior to your arrival date otherwise the 1st night will be charged. For all bookings made for Christmas holiday time we will be taking a 50% deposit on or after the 1st December refundable on cancellation of bookings before the 15th December. Each- Extra person including children are charged $25 per night. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Directions
6km to Albany city centre. From the main roundabout on Albany Highway, follow the signs to Emu Point. From roundabout turn onto North Road, left onto Ulster Rd, right onto Troode St and then left onto Emu Point Dr. Follow Emu Point Drive until it becomes Mermaid Ave. Turn right onto Medcalf Pde. We are the first driveway on your right.

Home away from home
My husband and I have just returned home from a two-night stay at the Emu Point Motel where we stayed in a classic studio room. It was really good value for the price, plenty of space and as clean as a whistle. Also, we were provided with a litre of milk and plenty of instant coffee and good quality tea bags in the kitchen which enabled us to have more than one cuppa daily as is so often the case in other places. The owners are very friendly and helpful with information and their office assistant cheerfully helped us whenI accidentally locked our key in the apartment when we went out for dinner and returned to the motel just as she was leaving for the night. We will be back!
Great motel
Have stayed here before and is still the best place to stay at Emu Point. The room was clean and smelled lovely and fresh when we entered. Everything is provided in the kitchenette including kettle, cutlery, and plates to a full-size fridge and a microwave, an electric hob and a little benchtop oven. They even provide a litre carton of milk and not the little tiny ones that you usually get in other motels. Free wifi available. The bed is extremely comfortable and the shower is huge with boiling hot water. It is a peaceful motel and in walking distance to the beach. We will only stay here whenever we come down from Perth. Management is friendly and helpful.Perfect price
We stayed here for four nights this week, it was perfect for what we wanted it has a self-contained kitchen it’s clean it’s comfortable and the staff are very helpful and friendly would highly recommend this place! A great price for your Albany get away!
