As with all quality Discovery Parks, Swan Valley offers something for everyone. Being close to the airport and major motorhome and car hire depots, you will appreciate starting or finishing your travels around Western Australia at the park. The modern, clean and spacious cabins and studios are air-conditioned for all weathers, fully self-contained and set in well-kept grounds that offer a comprehensive range of facilities. A fenced swimming pool and pedal karts will keep the young ones entertained, while a movie room and camper’s kitchen will suit those who wish to socialise. the park is located very close to many of the valley’s most popular attractions, including wineries and restaurants, three golf courses, the famous Caversham Wildlife Park and a chocolate factory. Powered sites with ensuites, unpowered sites and pet friendly powered sites and cabins are also available.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded less one nights accommodation.

Where bookings are cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival an amount equaling 25% of the total accommodation quoted above will be retained (or one nights accommodation whichever is greater).

Bookings can be moved, however prices may change depending on the new booking period and amendment fees may apply.

Unit was new and well fitted out. Stayed one night bed was comfy facilities were good. Shower large enough for me

Lovely property
We stayed here for 9 nights with our three young kids, they enjoyed being able to go to the playground. Location is nice, the unit was neat and tidy. Considering there were 5 of us staying here it was still spacious enough that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The only issue we had was very bad internet reception. We travelled to Perth for work and it was extremely hard to get connected to the internet. Our phones only ever got to about two bars of reception. Apart from that it is a lovely property.

Feel like home..perfect for small family getaway. Would give it 5 stars if the floor was cleaned as it give more convenience for those who prefer shoe outside like us
