We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that circumstances change and cancellation of bookings is sometimes necessary. We have the following policy in place in an effort to ensure that both we and our guests are treated fairly.
In the event of a cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival or on occasion of an early departure the cancellation fee will be equal to the full accommodation account unless alternative arrangements can be negotiated.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
*The number of guests (adults and children) must not exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or agreed to in writing. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed to with the owners in advance.
*Guests are liable for damage to the property in excess of fair wear and tear.
*To avoid an excess cleaning charge of $60 please leave the cottage as you found it.
*Wifi is only available in Driftwood there is no WiFi in the other cottages however mobile reception is excellent across the whole property.
*As our property is a habitat for native fauna (kangaroos etc) no pets are allowed.
*The is strictly no smoking within the cottages.

Just lovely!

Lovely place to stay, very clean. Felt very secluded and the log fire warmed it up nicely in the evening.

Spacious and comfortable

We stayed here for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom cottage. The property is about 12 acres and the cottages are spread out. Our cottage, Sundew, was quite spacious with 2 comfy leather couches, a well equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, large fridge and seating for 6. The only heating is a coonara so you need to be able to set a fire! The hosts provide the wood and axe! The cottages are about 2 km from town.

Lovely little cottage

Lovely little cottage nestled in the forest. The kids especially loved the kangaroos grazing on the rocks nearby. We loved the privacy and seclusion but yet it was still accessible to all the wonderful things Denmark has to offer.
