If cancellation occurs more than 48hrs before arrival a $50 cancellation fee will apply. If booking is cancelled with less than 48hrs before arrival date - cancellation fee will be equivalent to two (2) nights of booked accommodation.

Directions
From the NORTH: Follow the North West Coastal Highway till you reach the 440 roadhouse. Turn right into Chapman Road and follow it for approximately 6 km. Once you cross over the Chapman River bridge, drive another 4km to the Phelps street roundabout. Go through the roundabout and turn onto the first street on your left, View Street. Take the laneway to your left and follow it almost to the end.
From the EAST: Follow the Mt-Magnet-Geraldton Highway till you reach the T-junction at North West Coastal Highway. Turn right onto the North West Coastal Highway and drive 2km. At the third set of lights turn left onto Phelps street and all the way down to the roundabout. Turn left at the roundabout then first left again into View Street. Take the laneway to your left and follow it almost to the end.
From the SOUTH: Follow Brand Highway till you reach the interchange then turn right onto the North West Coastal Highway (Direction Carnarvon). Follow the NWCH until the 4th set of lights where you turn left into Phelps Street and all the way down to the roundabout. Turn left at the roundabout then first left again into View Street. Take the laneway to your left and follow it almost to the end.

The location of these apartments is good. You can walk to everything you need in downtown Geraldton.Perfect Home
The apartment is perfect. It is comfortable like home, with a high ceiling large bedroom, large kitchen and eating area, a small but very comfortable lounge room. A very quiet backyard sitting area, and even a private laundry room with a washing machine. It is a fantastic experience.I would highly recommend this property
Very comfortable and extremely clean apartment. Close to amenities and the foreshore. Gorgeous decor - loved the polished floorboards! and well equipped with everything we needed. Secure parking was a bonus which easily fitted our 4WD. Even though it is on the main road it was very quiet inside the apartment. Comfy bed and nice hot shower! The secure backyard and BBQ area were great.
