Located approximately 150 meters from the main street Central Avenue Apartments are the perfect spot from which to explore the delights of Margaret River. Galleries and cafes are a short stroll away by day, whilst in the evening you can enjoy our cosmopolitan bars and restaurants in the knowledge that your car is securely parked for the night.

Spacious rooms, beautiful contemporary decor and large balconies provide an ideal space in which to rest, relax, entertain and enjoy the company of family and friends. All of our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge, oven and microwave plus comfy leather lounges, flat screen TVs with Foxtell in both the lounge and main bedrooms, luxurious king size beds and deluxe waterfall showers.
It is important to note however that access to all 5 apartments is on a first level floor via stairs only. There are no lift facilities.

Directions
We are located a short 1-2 minute stroll from the main street of Margaret River. As you arrive into Margaret River from the North along Bussell Highway go over the bridge of The Margaret River. Turn next right, just before the visitor centre, onto Tunbridge Street. We are on the left about 150m up on the corner of Charles West Avenue and Tunbridge Street. You are welcome to park in our carpark which can be accessed from Tunbridge Street just past Charles West Avenue.
Guests self-check-in via a key lock box. Instructions for check-in are sent to guests via SMS within 72 of arrival. If you require assistance our reception is on the ground floor below the apartments and is generally open between 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday (except for public holidays). You may check in anytime after 3pm on your arrival day.

Amazing apartment
One of the best stay during my visit to Perth. Very centralize location. Clean and spacious apartment. Kitchen is beautifully done up. 2 clean bedroom and and 2 bathroom, will be perfect if there is bathtub thou. Would surely stay there if I visit again.Central to everything!!

The location of this apartment was perfect!! It was much larger, luxurious and spacious than expected - there was only 2 of us as we wanted somewhere special for our wedding anniversary, however it's absolutely perfect (and great value) for 2 couples. Everything you could ever want was supplied and the location is only a short stroll to shopping, supermarket, restaurants, etc. We arrived prior to the 3pm check-in and wanted to book in early - although this took some negotiation, we were eventually given early access which was much appreciated!
