Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. A cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival will incur the full cost of the reservation. Where a booking is shortened less than 30 days prior to arrival the guest will incur the full cost of any nights the room is not let, while early departures are non-refundable.
COVID-19 CANCELLATIONS - due to lockdown only within the 30 days, is a $100 cancellation fee with the balance refunded.
WE RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER UNFORSEEN CANCELLATIONS
PLEASE NOTE: NO ELECTRIC SCOOTERS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.

The unit had everything you could possibly need. It was clean comfortable and quiet. Bus stop outside the door and the staff and management couldn’t do enough for you. It was lovely!5 day stay - very good location
Stayed at this cosy resort for 5 days and had a great time. The room was ready 2 hours before the official check in time and we were welcomed kindly by the lady at reception. We were grateful to receive complimentary tea, coffee, milk and pods for each day. The beds were comfortable, there was a lot of living space and good lounge seating. Swimming in the pool was enjoyable too, and the flatbeds helped ensure a relaxing stay.Overall this place has great facilities and would suit friends, groups and families nicely. The proximity to the beach is about a 10 minute walk. A great cafe is nearby too which sells some groceries.

This place is our go to. Always stay here, Dawn the manager is so accomodating and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. All facilities for a comfortable Broome stay! Highly recommend it for a long or short stay.
