Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
1 week notice is required all bookings. 30 days notice is required for bookings between December 20 and February 2 and April 10 - 27 . Cancellation fee is equal to the full amount of your booking.
In all cases the MRBTAwill retain a $22.00 administration fee and the balance will be forwarded to the Accommodation Property.

We love the Broadwater!!
We love the Broadwater for its closeness to the beach, stilts is a great Restuarant with awesome food and the staff are very friendlyRelaxing, peaceful and very family friendly.
We stayed as a family for the jetty swim and loved the place. Great location close to the beach, restaurants and busselton town only 10 mins away. The atmosphere was relaxing, peaceful and very family friendly. The pools were perfect and the rooms were very spacious with comfy beds. The staff were friendly and plenty of parking. We will be back for sure!Amazing location!
Just amazing location and clean rooms with EVERYTHING you need in the room.. close to shops and winery not far .The room had an ice bucket and nice range of glasses and everything U need
