Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Reservations for short-term holiday accommodation are accepted by Bina Maya Yallingup Escape ABN 99 281 037 696 of PO Box 82, Dunsborough, WA 6281; the following terms and conditions shall apply and by confirming a booking and paying, you agree you accept our terms & conditions.
Payments:
50% deposit is due to confirm your booking which may be paid for via credit card (1.5-2% surcharge applies) or via direct bank transfer: Bina Maya Yallingup Escape: BSB: 306-188 Acc: 0397873. Ref: your name & booking date. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. If you have made a booking with a check in date 4 weeks or less before booking date, full payment is due. Please read our cancellation policy below.
Cancellations:

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance which may cover some/all of the loss of your deposit/full cost of holiday stay due to COVID especially last-minute illness/isolation.

1.Cancellation due to Coronavirus Travel Restrictions (applicable to the Guest Name / Address on the booking):

Where a guest cancels due to travel restrictions due to COVID-19 (either not removed as expected, extended, imposed or reimposed), the guest can postpone their stay using the booking deposit paid towards a new stay (subject to availability and rate differences). For guests wishing to rebook at a later date a credit note for the deposit paid will be kept on our system (valid for 3 years). This credit offer or in certain circumstances cash refund (which is time dependent, see standard cancellations below) is at the absolute discretion of Bina Maya & is dependent on when notice of cancellation is given & if we have adequate time to re-sell the dates.
We do not offer refunds or credits for last minute cancellations (of 14 days or less prior to check in) due to isolation, close contact, illness unless we are able to resell the dates of your stay. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover yourself for this scenario.

Amazing location for a girls weekend away!
What an amazing location for a girls weekend away! Bina Maya is pure luxury!! Not a single detail has been missed for guests to enjoy or notice. The kitchen was perfect for preparing sumptuous platters and meals. The deck was the ideal spot for chatting over a bottle of local wine whilst taking in the extraordinary views of the bushland. Each bed is covered in crisp, luxurious sheets and not a single detail has been missed in the choices of pillow nor mattress, I slept like a baby! The fire gave an amazing feel to the evenings as we sat around sharing more local wines and lots of laughs. Thanks for such an amazing stay!

Extremely peaceful with amazing wildlife - native bush with kangaroos and beautiful bird life - blue wrens and cockatoos !
Owners very helpful and location perfect to visit beaches and wineries.

Absolutely stunning! Every detail of the house was carefully thought about, luxury and comfort all in one!
This luxurious house is set amongst a bush setting with dreamy sunsets! Every detail within the house is thought about and comfort in every room. The location is only a few minutes drive from Dunsborough. Sara the owner was so helpful and the customer service was amazing!
We will return to Bina Maya!
