Bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions:
At time of booking:
A 50% payment is required.
If the booking is made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required.
14 days prior to arrival:
Full payment of the booking is required no less than 14 days prior to date of arrival.
Unless advised otherwise, the customer authorises Ampersand Estates to charge the credit card provided for any balance owing by the applicable due date. Non-payment will result in the booking being cancelled with applicable cancellation fees charged and any balance refunded.
It is a condition of tenancy that the occupant agrees to allow any cost for which they are liable under the tenancy to be levied against the credit card used to book
It is a requirement for all accounts to be settled in full at check-out.
More than 30 days prior to arrival:
Cancellation fee of $55 with the option of:
– Full refund of any applicable payment received minus the cancellation fee,
OR
– An accommodation credit up to the amount paid and rescheduling of the booking (subject to availability).
15-30?days prior to arrival:
Cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the applicable booking with the option of:
Refund of any applicable payment received minus the cancellation fee,
or
An accommodation credit up to the amount paid and rescheduling of the booking (subject to availability).
0-14 days prior to arrival:
Cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of the applicable booking.
