The villas are freestanding consisting of 3 bedrooms with 1 of the bedrooms being in the upstairs loft. Our Premier Villas have been recently renovated to include a second ensuite bathroom in the loft. They will comfortably sleep 2 - 8 people and are ideal for the larger family. Various bedding arrangements are possible with King, Queen and Single beds. Folder or sofa bed available for 7th and 8th person. All villas have an outdoor courtyard and free wireless internet access and Foxtel. Your villa includes a fully self-contained kitchen and full laundry facilities and is fully climate controlled for your comfort. Escape with your family to that home away from home.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
We will gladly refund your monies less a $50 administration fee if more than 48 hours notice is given in low season and 30 days notice in high season. In low season, less than 48 hours notice prior to arrival, mo refund will be given. In peak season public holidays school holidays and special event periods if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival date then no refund will be given. Changes or alterations to reservations will also not be permitted during this time. We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any cancellation costs.
In all cases the GBTA will retain a $22.00 administration fee and the balance will be forwarded to the Accommodation Property.

Comfortable
The villa overlooked the pool and was very well appointed and comfortable, including the beds, and the pool and 1 spa were heated and terrific for young children. Also the property is located only a short walk to the end of the street and the cycle/walk way; great for running and the kids on scooters, and bikes. It's also convenient to the Margaret River wine region.Secluded Paradise
Once again - we love staying at Amalfi Resort. Quite and secluded villas with a tennis court, pool, spa, and bbq area. Kids can ride their bikes and scooters in a safe environment. Villas are well appointed, with all the amenities you need. Resort walking distance to beach.Amazing Resort
