Fully self-contained two storey house that sleeps up to 8 people, town central, very close to the beaches, the shops, restaurants and cinema. The house offers 2 bedrooms downstairs (one king size bed, one single bed and one double ), with a bathroom (shower and spa bath), fully equipped kitchen with de Longhi coffee machine amongst the various appliances to make your holiday that much easier and comfortable. Also downstairs a very comfortable lounge, a washing machine and dryer, BBQ, double car port and room for a boat, and fully enclosed garden (accommodation is dog-friendly by prior arrangement, conditions apply, please read Terms and Conditions carefully). Upstairs is a third large sleeping area with a king size bed and two king single beds, bathroom and separate toilet, lovely balcony. The TV’s have Foxtel. And the house is air-conditioned.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

If cancelled 24 hours prior to your arrival date there is no cancellation fee. This excludes Christmas and Easter. Christmas and Easter you need to cancel 28 days before your arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee or one night will be non refundable (there is also a $22 cancellation fee for the Visitor Centre booking service).
The owner will require credit card details on arrival as a security for any damages and/or cleaning above the norm.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement but guests will have to pay for any damage caused by their pet.
Terms and Conditions for pets:
- up to date vaccinations
- no puppies under 6 months unless fully house trained

- if dogs are to be left alone in the house they must be happy to be left alone and not fret, there is also a secure fenced garden with a shady veranda if kept outside
- no dogs upstairs as carpeted
- must pick up after dog should accident occur in the garden

- credit card number taken as bond

Please leave the house as you found it on arrival thank you in advance.

Covid specific cancellation policy: If you need to cancel due to lockdown/border restrictions please let us know as soon as possible and we will organise a full refund.

December 2024 and January 2025: Prefer Bookings of min 7 nights (possible 6 nights) with check-in and out on Wednesdays or Thursdays only, starting 14th December until end of January (arrival day more flexible from end of January but still min. 6 nights). If there is a smaller gap between bookings, those dates need to be filled

If you book the whole house for 7 people (including at least one child under 12) or 8 people (including at least 2 children under 12) please email the Visitor Centre on for a discount.

From the post office, follow Dempster street going south, through the William street roundabout, then trn left into Taylor street, number 8 is on the right hand side.

Normally when you read a decription that says something like this the skeptic comes out: "Three bedroom luxury home away from home, a 2-minute walk to Esperance's beautiful beaches, your ideal holiday accommodation."

But, in this case it is true. I really is a beaufitul home that is a very short to the beach and to town itself. We stayed there for a week in December 2019, I will be looking out to book it again next time we go to Esperance.
