8 Marlin Court - Coral Bay Holiday House

Welcome to 8 Marlin Court, a relaxed Coral Bay holiday home designed for easy coastal living. With plenty of outdoor spaces, there’s room for everyone to unwind, perfect for families or couples looking to slow down and enjoy the surroundings.

Sleeping up to six guests across two bedrooms, the home features one queen room, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and a bunk, ideal for flexible group stays.

At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, microwave, large fridge, additional second fridge, small chest freezer, and everything you need for a comfortable self-catered stay. The main living area is air-conditioned and features a TV with VAST satellite access to free-to-air channels.

The home also includes a bathroom with a separate toilet, a laundry with washing machine, and an outdoor washing line set on a fully paved patio. Fresh cold water is supplied via the Coral Bay desalination plant.

The standout feature is the expansive rustic timber verandah and deck, complete with BBQ and outdoor seating and perfect for relaxing after a day by the water. Rinse off under the outdoor shower, then kick back in the hammock, hammock chair, or bean bags and soak up the laid-back vibe.

Everything is provided for your stay except linen and consumables. Linen hire is available at an additional cost
