Bedroom 5 - Queen bed Bedroom 6 - Three King Singles and Three Single Trundles Family bathroom Deck, situated off of the living area, looks over the canal with built-in BBQ, sink and fridge. Outside is also a full bathroom, perfect for extra guests or washing off the sand from a big day out. Upstairs: Master Suite 1 - Canal Side - King Bed and ensuite (Can be split into two King Singles) Master Suite 2 - Beach Side - King Bed and ensuite (Can be split into two King Singles) Bedroom 3 - Canal Side - Queen Sized with Jack and Jill bathroom Bedroom 4 - Queen Sized with Jack and Jill bathroom Living area, with wet bar and small fridge Stand alone water closet Deck area with outdoor dining and stunning gulf views to the North. Located within a short walk to the beach, marina and resort, holiday in Exmouth with style. Parking available for 2 cars and 2 boat / trailer. There is a full laundry including dryer in the garage Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Items to Consider:
Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.
