Segway Tours WA is proudly Western
Australian owned and operated. Our award winning business has been in
operation since 2006. We are Perth’s premier Segway tour operator.
We import, maintain and market only the best machines for our guests.
Each machine is fully electric ensuring a quiet and effortless ride. We
are an eco-friendly accredited business, emitting zero carbon, and our
intelligent machines automatically sense and respond to our guest’s movements,
making Segways so easy and safe to ride. Our experienced guides brief and
train every rider before commencing our tours. We ensure that every guest
leaves us with a sense of accomplishment in learning to ride a Segway.
Segway Tours WA is extremely proud of our
wonderful, award winning guides. Every one of our team is passionate
about Perth and proud to share with our guests, their knowledge on our new
attractions, iconic landscapes, unique wildlife and historic landmarks.
We connect every guest to our guides through a wireless headset. We
ensure that we stop at picturesque locations to allow our guests to capture the
best photos and interact with the surroundings. Our knowledgeable guides
suggest other points of interest or even dining and drinking ventures so you
have the best experience whilst in our city.
We cover between 8-12 kilometres in either
a 60; 90 and 120 minute guided tours visiting so much more than guests could
possibly experience by walking or on a bus tour.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Guided tour bookings:
Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund
Cancellations received between 6 & 14 days prior to the tour date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the full tour cost
Cancellations received within 5 days prior to the tour date will incur a full cost of tour cancellation fee
Failure to arrive for the scheduled Guided Tour or pre booked Segway Experience will incur a full cost of tour cancellation fee. A refund will not be given for any part of a Guided Tour or Experience after the participant has commenced the training section. A refund will be granted only when it is deemed by the instructor that the participant is incapable of riding a Segway Personal Transporter (PT).
POOR WEATHER CONDITIONS:
Inclement weather will not normally prevent the tour to be cancelled therefore we do encourage participants to wear weather appropriate dress and shoes.
Segway Guided Tours and/or Segway Experiences will not proceed should Segway Tours WA decide in its absolute discretion whether for safety reasons or otherwise to cancel these activities.
Should any tour or experience session not proceed participants will be rescheduled at their convenience be issued with a refund voucher in the case of purchases bought through a third party reselling Segway Tours or Experiences or be reimbursed the price paid for the activity but otherwise shall have no claim whatsoever (including no claim for travel expenses or any other out-of-pocket expenses) relating to the cancellation of an Tour or Experience.
