Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
NINGALOO WHALESHARK-N-DIVE reserves the right to amend vary or cancel a tour where in its best judgement road climatic political or other circumstances deem it to be necessary.
NINGALOO WHALESHARK-N-DIVE can not guarantee the exact arrival and departure times and is not liable for any failure by you to make connection with any other service or carrier.
At NINGALOO WHALESHARK-N-DIVE discretion a trip may not proceed if less than six people have been booked.
NINGALOO WHALESHARK-N-DIVE recommends that you take out comprehensive travel insurance.
You understand and accept that the tour may require physical exertion.
You understand and accept that the tour may operate in remote areas.
You agree to observe the safety and other instructions that the tour guide for the duration of the tour.
At NINGALOO WHALESHARK-N-DIVE discretion only 50% refund is available for cancellations made 14 days prior to commencement of the tour. No refunds will be available for those cancellations there after.
Any legal disputes which may arise shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Western Australia.
NO SIGHTING POLICY
Whale Sharks and all of the other animals that inhabit Ningaloo Reef are completely wild and are not trained encouraged or coerced in any way to interact with passengers or crew.
Therefore they can at times be unpredictable and the location and/or duration of time taken to locate them cannot be guaranteed or predicted by Ningaloo Whaleshark-n-Dive. Some animals are seasonal and we do not guarantee that passengers will see all or in rare cases any of them.
In the unlikely event that we do have a no sighting of a whale shark we do have a no-sighting policy in place with two options to suit most circumstances.
One of the following options may be chosen by passengers who have paid as snorkelers. Observers are not entitled to a repeat tour.
A free repeat tour on the next available seat which may or may not be the following day.
A repeat voucher valid for the remainder of the current season and the following 2 full seasons. This voucher can be used by the passenger or transferred to another person of the same passenger eligible for a ticket of the same or lesser value.

Ningaloo Whale Shark and Dive
What a Fantastic adventure we whent on Today. From the pick up to drop off was one of the greatest snorkeling experiences we’ve ever had. Firstly everyone of the staff were well informed and confident of their work. They were excited about what we would see and this soon rubbed off on us. They were all very safety conscious with Covid19 and even whent as far as to ensure all foreigners had had their quarantine period and denied access to some travelers who had booked this same trip. Well done guys and thank you. The staff looked after all our needs to ensure we all had the full experience of snorkeling with these magnificent whale sharks. It was very obvious of their devotion to these beautiful creatures as their operation ensured we did not disrupt them or their environment. Truly Eco friendly.Heartfelt thanks for showing us some of the best reefs Ningaloo has to offer, reminiscent of how the Great Barrier Reef used to be.
