INTERIOR
The Sanctuary is a spacious waterfront holiday home on the Exmouth Marina, offering sunset views, canal access and plenty of room for families and groups. A wide entrance hallway creates a relaxed sense of space and leads through to the large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area overlooking the outdoor deck and swimming pool.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catered stays and includes a dishwasher, while the adjoining dining and lounge areas provide a comfortable place to gather. A large LCD television, free Wi-Fi and split-system air conditioning add convenience throughout the stay.

The undercover outdoor deck is designed for relaxed waterfront living, with a built-in BBQ, dining area and beautiful sunset views. The deck overlooks the fully fenced swimming pool, creating a comfortable place for guests to unwind while keeping an eye on children in the water.

A pathway leads from the home to the private pontoon jetty, which can accommodate a boat up to 15 metres long. The marina setting offers convenient access for fishing trips and sunset cruises, while the beach is also within walking distance.

- A maximum of 4 vehicles may be parked at the property.
- Camping and caravans are not permitted.
- Pets are not permitted.
- The property is self-contained.
- Provisioning is not provided.
- Linen and bath towels are provided.
- Pool towels are provided but must remain at the property and must not be taken to the beach.
