Description

The open plan middle level is air conditioned for comfort and has most living spaces and bedrooms.
The well equipped kitchen has all appliances, pots & pans, cooking utensils and crockery, even a walk-in pantry.
Even on holidays dishes build up, so why not utilise the dishwasher, so you can spend more time with the fam-bam! And a coffee machine that uses Nescafe pods with a milk frother, be sure to bring your favourite pods from home.

A fireplace in the open plan is a lovely addition too for those winter mornings. Firewood is not provided and can be purchased locally (and remember to please empty and clean out the ash if used.)

Middle level accommodates 3 of the bedrooms, main bathroom and several living areas, one of which flows out onto the wrap around verandah. The clean deck wraps around 2 sides of the house, with BBQ and plenty of lounge chairs for all. Pull down shades help keep the southerly wind at bay, so you can still enjoy the coastal living and dinner on the deck.
The bathroom has both a shower and bath tub and the toilet is separate.
All bedrooms have cupboard or drawer space, so you can stop living out of your suitcase.
There are a few toys and books in the home, which your little ones are welcome to play with. Please take care and return them to where you found them before departure.

The staircases are wide, making it easy for all to go up and down. The other 2 bedrooms and even more living space are on the top level. The master bedroom has an air-con, a very big walk in wardrobe, and a large en suite to match. Toilet and shower are in the same room. There is another small balcony on the third floor. Drag a couple of chairs out there are just marvel in the ambiance that is Jurien Bay. The final bedroom is also air conditioned and has 2 single beds.

Ground level of home is just garage and storage.

There is a playground only a short stroll away (that you can almost see from the balcony) and the beach is so close you can hear the waves lapping the shore as you drift off to sleep.
