Siesta Park Holiday Resort is a family friendly sea side haven with absolute beach frontage, nestled between Busselton and Dunsborough in the Margaret River Region.
The Resort stretches along 400 metres of beach leading onto extensive lawns and shady trees surrounding Villas and Chalets.
Many Villas are just metres from the beach and boast ocean views, other units are only 90 – 120 metres from the shoreline.
The units have one, two or three bedrooms and are all self-contained with kitchen, dining area, lounge, shower and toilet.
All units are equipped with outdoor tables and chairs, some also have their own wood fuelled BBQ’s which are enjoyed by families and friends for cooking meals or just relaxing around in the evenings. Other units have access to communal BBQ’s scattered around the park with some on the beachfront.
Siesta Park Holiday Resort prides itself in offering adventure playgrounds (such as the flying fox, tarzan swing and more), play areas for younger children, tennis court, basketball hoop plus a 50 metre long private jetty for fishing and crabbing.
A shop/café/service station is located at the park’s entrance.
The resort is a popular place for boat lovers with a seasonal boat ramp suitable for crafts up to 5.5metres. For larger boats the next closest boat ramp is only 4 kms away.
A bike path runs all the way to Busselton which is mainly along the beachfront and also links to Dunsborough.
A great pivot point to Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River and surrounds.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

CANCELLATION: All cancellations (including reductions) incur a $50 booking fee from deposit (Deposit is 50% of tariff required when booking is made to hold booking).
Only bookings cancelled more than 90 days prior to booking date can have the balance of deposit refunded.
For bookings cancelled between 10 and 90 days prior to booking date the balance of deposit can be held and applied to a replacement future booking in an off peak time (conditions apply - ask for more details).
For bookings cancelled up to 10 days prior to booking date the balance of deposit is non transferable and is lost (unless allowed at the discretion of management).

LEAVERS and YOUNG GROUPS: During school leavers time in November our property does not cater for leavers or "young groups". This falls in line with the overall strategy employed by the community within our area to cater and care for leavers who are accommodated at selected properties that are dedicated and secured for this purpose. At other times we can accommodate "young groups" with relevant bookings conditions and a $300 pp bond. If this may apply to your group it must be mentioned in the notes area when making your booking so we may contact you to discuss your situation. Failure to do so may result in your booking being refused with a 1 night penalty charge. As a guide a group whose majority of ages are under 25 are unmarried and not in a family group are generally regarded as a "young group".

UNIT ALWAYS OCCUPIED BY PERSON WHO MAKES BOOKING: At all times the unit must be occupied by the person who makes the booking. All other circumstances require a separate booking.

ADVENTURE PLAY EQUIPMENT AND JETTY: There is a flying fox a large rope swing plus other adventure play equipment and a 50m long jetty that requires suitable instruction and supervision by parents for their children.

Directions

Siesta Park Holiday Resort is halfway between Busselton and Dunsborough. 368 Caves Road (on the ocean side of the road). If approaching from Perth follow the directions and signage going to Dunsborough. A landmark located at the entry to the resort is the Siesta Park Service Station (at the western end of the intersection of Siesta Park Road and Caves Road).

Great value, great location
Great location and loads for the kids to do. Great value for money and short travel time to so many wonderful tourist attractions.

This is a great place to stay. Very clean, friendly staff, well equipped kitchen and nice cooking facilities. Has its own private barbecue. It has more than adequate heating. I stayed during the coldest wettest week of the year but it was toasty warm inside. The beach at this time of the year is not very nice because it is covered in seaweed but it is the perfect location for a summer vacation. This beach during summer is superb with pure white sand. There is a petrol station right out the front with a Mini Mart to buy food if you wish and the location is approximately halfway between Busselton and Dunsborough.

Great location for a couples/family getaway
The location is great. Right on the beach with nice grassy areas and an area for having a wood fire/barbeque with free firewood. There isn't anything around it walking distance but dunsborough is a short drive away. The two bedroom units close to the beach are small but comfortable, with a kitchen, one bathroom and toilet and a washing machine. They have a large balcony with a table and chairs which was nice to sit at and enjoy a glass of wine. Overall a great place to stay do we will return.
