Originally built as accommodation for Australian Army personnel, the complex offers a unique piece of local history in a convenient central location. Recently renovated with updated flooring, refreshed kitchen cabinetry and new furniture, Ruby provides a comfortable base for families and small groups exploring Exmouth.
The living area includes a large television and split-system air conditioning, while the self-contained kitchen offers facilities for preparing meals during your stay. Laundry facilities are also available, with a shared clothesline located within the complex.

EXTERIOR
Ruby is tucked away in a quiet corner of the Villas complex, offering added privacy while remaining close to central Exmouth. The property is positioned next to the town swimming pool and near Potshot Resort Hotel and Froth Craft Brewery, with shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs and parks within walking distance.
A small verandah provides space to sit outside and use the BBQ. Parking is available near the villa but is shared with other residents and guests throughout the complex.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail fax or email.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 60 days before the start of stay are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the booking.
Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday and travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.
