Description
Zip+Climb is a family adventure precinct on the Burswood Peninsula – located on and around the Matagarup Bridge. Matagarup is the name of the land at the eastern end of Perth where the Swan River once became very shallow at times, and provided the only way across the Derbal Yerrigan for miles and miles for Noongar folks.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Full refunds provided for cancellations outside 10 days of activity booking.
Cancellations made between 2-10 days from the scheduled booking date will be entitled to a 50% refund or incur a 20% fee to reschedule.
Cancellations made within 0-2 days including no shows will forfeit the entire booking with no refunds or rescheduling available.
Credit Card charge / Booking fees will not be refunded.
From time to time Zip+Climb may be required to cancel activities for a variety of reasons. A full refund will be provided in these circumstances or rescheduled free of charge.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
