Refrigerative air conditioning is ducted to all rooms of the home to keep you comfortable during the hot (& gorgeous) Summer days and nights.

Located at the top of a hill in the heart of Ocean Keys Town Centre in Clarkson, a family friendly district in Perth's northern coastline. The house is literally a stone's throw from the shops and you can walk to the local English pub or travel a few minutes by car or bus to Mindarie Marina with its waterside restaurants and boardwalk cafe's. Some of our guests have regularly walked to the Marina.

$200 cancellation fee applies to all bookings with 14 days notice of cancellation.
50% refund within 14 days notice.
No refund within 7 days notice.*

From Perth Airport take Tonkin Highway through to Reid Highway (one highway becomes the other) and then north on Mitchell Freeway. Take the Neerabup Road exit, turning left onto Neerabup Road.
Drive through the roundabout on Connolly Drive and continue on Neerabup Road through another roundabout and then turn right onto Lower Keys Drive.
Ocean Keys Cottage is just past the first small roundabout, at Ocean Keys Boulevard, there is an apartment building on the corner. Ocean Keys Cottage is then just on your left, with the large tree at the front in the verge.

Lovely House
A lovely property, so much work put into the garden! You don't find many houses for rent with gardens this nice, so it was a great touch.

Short stay loved it
what an amazing cottage/holiday home, the decor was beautiful in all rooms really enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the court yard and we could walk to the shops. It really makes your holiday when you have nice accommodation. Will defenetly stay again.

A wonderful property in a fantastic location. Central, but silent! The only noises you hear are from passing cars and that's not often! Fantastic high spec furnishes, the showers being a firm favourite of ours. Adequate linen and towels provided. We all loved hearing the crickets at night time that visited the stunning courtyard gardens. The owner truly wonderful. The perfect house ❤️
